Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: $15/hr

Experience: Prior medical/clinical experience is preferred.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4:15pm

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Assist with administrative tasks related to cases.
• Help build cases, request medical records, and task cases from a busy work queue daily to the appropriate nurse reviewer.
• Manage the hospital admissions folder.
• Check the daily census to ensure that cases are being reviewed appropriately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful, but not required
• Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly and retain information.
• Must show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless a reasonable accommodation is approved.
