Sunland Aerospace Fasteners is Hiring a NDT Level II Inspector Near Pacoima, CA
Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous Senior Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of quality assurance and control processes. Pay is between $40,000 to $70,000 depending on experience and we will pay you benefits 70/30. ****MUST BE NDT Level II certified **********
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Assemble and disassemble components for inspection
- Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to verify product dimensions
- Fabricate inspection tools as needed
- Conduct quality assurance checks throughout the production process
- Inspect solder joints and surface mount technology components
- Ensure compliance with codes and standards in all inspections
- Maintaining NDT Equipment
- Setting up and calibrating NDT Equipment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control
- Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments
- Strong knowledge of codes and standards related to inspection processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in inspection tasks
3 years experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
