Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for writing new business and retaining existing clients by providing exceptional customer service and offering customized insurance solutions to meet their unique needs. A Florida Property and Casualty License (4-40) and experience are must-haves. 2-20 preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Follow-up on leads generated from warm leads, referrals, networking, and other lead sources
  • Advise and Educate prospects on insurance policies based on their personal needs and goals.
  • Actively listen to the clients objections and concerns. Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally. Close sales.
  • Continue to look for and recognize opportunities to cross-sell /account rounding.
  • Develop relationships with clients to build a customer base.
  • Maintains phone time and sales quotas as determined by management.
Requirements
  • Florida Property and Casualty License (4-40) is Required. 2-20 Preferred
  • 1 years of insurance experience
  • 1 years of demonstrated success in sales or related industries. Marketing, telephone sales.
  • Knowledge of Agency Management Systems (AMS) preferred but not required
  • Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
  • Able to collaborate with others, multitask, pay attention to detail, and prioritize tasks throughout the day.
