We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments on patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide coordinated patient care
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and treatment options
- Document patient information accurately and timely
- Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols - Develops the patient plan of care and implements treatment strategies that are based on scientific nursing theory

Requirements: - Formal Education: Associate Degree or certification equivalent - Registered Nurse from an Accredited School of Nursing - Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Louisiana or Multi-State - ICU experience, preferred but not required
- Current BLS/ACLS certification required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed
