The Orange County office of Snell & Wilmer seeks to hire second year law students for our 2025 Summer Associate Program. We are hiring students for consideration in the following practice groups: IP, Litigation and Corporate Transactions.

During the summer program, projects will vary among practice groups and attorneys, providing opportunities for broad exposure to help narrow a student’s interest. There are also frequent opportunities to shadow attorneys and experience first-hand the day to day life of a Snell & Wilmer attorney. In addition to attending training and professional development programming, another component is the fun social events designed to meet one-on-one with most, if not all, of the office’s associates and partners at informal gatherings or scheduled events. 

The Summer Associate Program is the firm’s primary source of new lawyers and partners, so we are committed to recruiting summer associates who we believe are capable of developing into long-term partners.

Summer Associates in Orange County are paid a weekly salary of $3,846.
