Job Description :
As an experienced sheet metal fabricator artisan, you will be responsible for transforming raw metal materials into finished products according to precise specifications.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Selecting appropriate materials and tools for each project.
- Cutting, shaping, and forming metal using various techniques such as bending, folding, soldering, and welding.
- Assembling fabricated components to create final products.
- Ensuring the quality and accuracy of finished pieces through meticulous inspection and testing.
- Collaborating closely with design and engineering teams to optimize fabrication processes and solve complex challenges.
Requirements : To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications :
- Proven experience as a sheet metal fabricator artisan, with a minimum of 10 years in the field.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Expertise in operating sheet metal fabrication equipment, including shears, brakes, punches, and welding machines.
- Strong knowledge of different types of metals, their properties, and appropriate fabrication techniques.
