Seaga Manufacturing Incorporated has an exciting opportunity in the Boston area for a Key Account Manager that will drive initiatives and projects in these areas. We want to step up to world class in our processes, behaviors and capabilities and experiences you may have that supports these goals.

Based on a strategic initiative, we have identified several opportunities to drive growth with our sales teams through a strong focus on the Healthcare Industry. Our success is based on building strategic customer relationships, driving opportunity management, alignment with business and manufacturing strategies, and strong linkages between functional teams at Seaga.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Grow market share with existing strategic partners.
  • Identify new partnerships and expand market share.
  • Create and expand our success template and create scalable “sales playbooks”.
  • Understand key decision-making criteria required for success.
  • Identify and articulate key industry relationships, trends, and Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Identify further areas to drive growth and formulate initiatives accordingly.
  • Lead projects assigned to her/him in the areas of:
  • Account and opportunity management.
  • Sales capabilities identification and comparison with status quo, identification of learning opportunities and development of training programs and content.
  • Marketing and Sales alignment – successful execution of business strategies, including focus products and customer segmentation.

Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strategic Account Mapping techniques and processes.
  • Consultative selling.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to listen, follow and execute plans.
  • Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills.
  • Proven teamwork, and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and obtain desired results & achieve growth targets.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Web-based computer applications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Track record of delivering critical business imperatives.
  • 10 years’ experience in sales development.
  • Medical and/or Laundry Market preferred.
  • 5 years working knowledge of cross-functional sales and marketing alignment.
