Who we’re looking for:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team and drive growth within the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the staffing market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of generating leads, cultivating relationships, and closing deals.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, with a focus on the staffing industry preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of staffing industry dynamics, including market trends, client needs, and competitor landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Energetic, motivated, and organized person with a goal-oriented mind set.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zoho).

What you’ll do:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities including but not limited to: temporary staffing, permanent placement, contract-to-hire, and managed services solutions.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs, and use this information to tailor our services and value proposition accordingly.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, understanding their staffing requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including recruiters and account managers, to ensure smooth handover of clients and seamless delivery of services.
  • Track sales activity and progress using CRM software and provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
