Job Title: Digital Communications Coordinator

Location: Conshohocken, PA 19428

Duration: 6 Months (Part Time)

Job Description:

Hybrid -Go into the office on a Tuesday/Thursday, as those are the in-office days for Comms.

Must be able to work roughly 20 hours per week.

Duties:

• Upload content to global intranet platform
• Create enterprise-wide intranet content for our global employee population
• Support intranet communication asset maintenance
• Support Manager, Internal Communications as needed
• Skills and knowledge requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Good project management and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Must be eager to learn, self-motivated, and accountable

Educational requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor's degree program; skill set in communications and/or digital communications preferred.
