Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

- Ensure resident safety and uphold the utmost respect for all residents.

- Coordinate pharmacy services and oversee medication management.

- Act as a liaison between the facility, physicians, and family members.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent overall resident care.

- Participate in quality assurance and patient care conferences.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Director of Nursing in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle employee appraisals and resolve problems effectively.

- Commitment to maintaining employee and resident confidentiality.

- Must be a Registered Nurse with an active license.

- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
