This position works out of our office in Moore, Oklahoma and will transition into a Hybrid role.

You'll begin your journey training in our on-site office. After 90 days of service, you will have the option to work remotely Monday and Friday while continuing to work on-site in office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
STARTING WAGE- $18.50 PER HOUR

What You Will Be Doing

• Answering phone calls, emails, factura and other requests from Hyatt guests and hotels

Skills and Experience You Need

• -Advanced ability to read, write and speak Spanish
• -High School Diploma or Equivalency
• -More than one year of previous customer service experience
• -Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• -Track record of exceeding goals and performance expectations
• -Very proficient at using multiple PC applications at the same time

8 Hour Shift Schedules:

•8:00a - 5:00p (Saturday and Sunday Off)

•8:30a - 5:30p (Saturday and Sunday Off)

•9:00a - 6:00p (Saturday and Sunday Off)

•9:30a - 6:30p (Saturday and Sunday Off)

•10:00a - 7:00p (Saturday and Sunday Off)
