We are seeking a dynamic and motivated bookkeeper to join our thriving food processing manufacturing facility located in Chesterfield, MI. As a member of our accounting department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records and supporting the overall financial operations of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) calculations.
• Process monthly credit card statements, ensuring accurate verification of receipts and general ledger coding.
• Assist the Head Accountant/CPA with special projects as required.

Minimum requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel,
• Quickbooks
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision or collaboratively as part of a positive and cohesive team.
• Adherence to established procedures, rules, and policies.
