Job Summary:

A Service Technician will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining raw product climate control, ventilation, and refrigeration systems. This person will perform mechanical installation, Class II wiring, refrigeration piping , and computerized control system upgrades. The ability to work independently and collaborate with others is essential. 

Specific Duties Include:

• Mechanical installation
• Installation and service of Class 2 power limited wiring, refrigeration piping, light plumbing and computerized control systems upgrades and setup
• Clean and organize ventilation system installs
• Maintain knowledge on all equipment updates and operational changes
• Complete all paperwork in a timely manner
• Be a self-starter; ability to work independently as well as with other personnel and management
• Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook
• Conduct self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of Agri-Control Technologies
• Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service

Requirements

• Electrical or Refrigeration certification preferred
• 2 years’ experience
• 60% Travel
• General computer software skills required
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
• Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Candidate must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
