Description
The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for the recruitment, training, and management of volunteers to support various programs and events. This role involves coordinating volunteer activities, ensuring proper match between volunteers’ skills and tasks, and maintaining effective communication with both volunteers and staff to ensure a positive and productive volunteering experience.
This position is primarily onsite at Ridgecrest Conference Center however, it will have some hybrid flexibility.
