Position: Assistant Property Manager
Location: Floating APM will be based out of The Landings in Miami, and will float to several assets in Miami. FL 33142.
Key Qualifications: Primarily looking for Candidates 2 years experience in multi-family, tax credit/affordable, Yardi experience and Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager in achieving community goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Handle resident inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously
- Manage work orders and maintenance requests using Yardi software
- Coordinate lease renewals and rental increases
- Conduct unit inspections and move-in/out processes
- Support leasing activities and resident relations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Education:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
- 2 years in Assistant or Leasing positions within the apartment industry; experience with affordable communities and Yardi software preferred.
- Skills & Certifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Property Management software, strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO laws
- Valid Driver’s License required
