Mortgage Branch Manager Work arrangement - in office required. Position is located in Englewood, CO near Denver Job Summary: Provides Mortgage leadership by generating an effective mortgage strategy and working with the Homebuilder to meet and exceed plan goals. Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for all training of sales professionals on the benefits of Pulte Mortgage including but not limited to the expanded customer inquiry tools, online application process and post application tools for tracking customer status during the escrow period. Must meet or exceed plan goals Proactively pursue and secure signups for Pulte Mortgage at point of sale Actively participate with builder in Homebuyer and/or Realtor events designed to generate community interest Sets standards for customer service in conjunction with local homebuilding management and achieve targeted customer satisfaction goals. Attend all community and leadership meetings as a member of the Division Senior Operating team Partner with Mortgage Operations team to manage the integrity of the Division’s Backlog and communicate with Division Sales Management team Ensures timely subdivision approval. Responsible for meeting or exceeding Branch financial Plan Management Responsibilities: With Direct Reports Ensures appropriate staffing to meet department needs Utilizes recruiting and selection tools/processes to build organizational talent Delegates work according to employee’s abilities and skills Evaluates employee’s performance and plans for compensation actions in accordance with that performance Provides developmental opportunities through identification of internal and external training opportunities Creates opportunities for employee growth Provides continuous coaching with regard to functional and leadership standards (technical skills and behaviors) Scope: Decision Impact: Division/Dept./Individual Department Responsibility: Multiple/Single Budgetary Responsibility: Yes Direct Reports: Yes Indirect Reports: Yes Required Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred. Valid Driver's License because driving is an essential function of this position. Required Experience: Minimum 2-3 years prior mortgage banking industry experience. Builder affiliate experience is preferred. Will be able to communicate actionable and valuable information to various dependent parties at different levels of the organization in a clear, effective, and professional manner. Experience in team management and leadership, with a focus on professional development and growth. Will have understanding of mortgage lending processes, regulations, and industry trends. Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve operational excellence. Effectively work with various leadership teams across functions Ability to ensure team meets expectations and addresses any issues that arise. Ability to travel. Implementation of effective hiring processes and strategies to attract top talent and meet staffing needs. Experience in conducting regular performance evaluations for managers and individual contributors, providing constructive feedback and actionable insights. Experience in identifying individual and team development needs and implementation of tailored development plans to support career growth. Growing a culture of continuous learning and professional development through mentorship, coaching, and learning initiatives. Team Building: Experience in driving a collaborative work environment where team members are encouraged to participate in team-building activities, recognizing and celebrating individual and collective achievements. Secure and maintain mortgage licenses in various states. This position is subject to the CFPB Loan Originator Compensation Rule Salary Range: $118,000 to $140,000 annually depending upon experience. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on the successful completion of defined performance objectives.
