Professional Roofing Solutions & Construction LLC is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Coordinator
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, building audit sheets and corresponding with insurance companies on open claims.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on insurance claims for roof/siding/interior repairs due to wind/hail/fire damage
- Build audit sheet for each job in the system
- Update accounts with progress made with Insurance
- Negotiate contracts and agreements for clients
- Utilize Acculynx to manage job folders
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales coordinator position
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
-Self driven with great attention to details
- Familiarity with insurance claims is a plus
- Excellent negotiation skills both verbally and via email
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,982.08 - $49,354.77 per year
