About The Role
In this role, you will be essential to our financial operations. Your responsibilities will encompass full-cycle accounts payable and receivable, account reconciliations, financial statement preparation and consolidation, audit readiness, maintaining internal controls, and regulatory reporting. You will ensure adherence to accounting principles and regulations, drive process improvements, and support the organization's financial health. We are looking for someone with a keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills to help us achieve our financial goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Complete monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables.
  • Prepare reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
  • Continually improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process.
  • Complete weekly company accounts receivable and accounts payable reports.
  • Participate in various department-wide initiatives.
  • Complete and manage company accounts payables.
  • Complete and manage company accounts receivables.
  • Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting reporting.
  • Support process for tracking and validating employee expense reimbursements.
  • Participate in a variety of ad-hoc reports, special projects, process improvements and analysis as necessary.
  • Contribute to superior client experience by communicating and collaborating effectively with clients and internal team.
  • Follow client and internal issue escalation protocols and expectations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
This Role is a Good Fit if You
  • Have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Possess 3 years of direct accounting experience
  • Have public accounting industry accounting experience, preferred
  • Are proficient in accounting software such as Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, or similar programs
  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or PMA (Professional Management Accountant) certification is advantageous, but not required
  • PEO or HR Shared Services experience highly desirable
  • Have basic understanding of OSHA regulations and benefit plans is preferred

The salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth and years of experience, certifications, and specific location.
