Our client is a large electric lighting equipment manufacturer . They are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team. This role is a PART TIME position. Position will be ONSITE . Candidates must be residing within commutable distance of San Jose, CA to be considered.

Summary:

Seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support operations on a part time basis. Hours will be flexible between 20 – 35 hours per week.

Position Duties:

• Has experience handling UPS/FedEx small parcel and LTL shipments daily.
• Prepare shipping documents including BOL, shipping label, and packing slip.
• Work with related teams to fulfill requested items.
• Meet productivity standards, including completing work in a timely manner.
• Minimum 2 years working in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Process sales orders and prepare shipping documents
• Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness.
• Has great communication skills and computer skills.
