**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, construction estimating, cost control, and contract negotiation within the commercial construction industry.

**Duties:**

- Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.

- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.

- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget.

- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues that arise..

**Experience:**

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

- Proven experience in commercial project management.

- Proficiency in construction estimating, cost control, and contract negotiation.

- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
