Rasmussen Injury Law is a plaintiff personal injury law firm with offices in Mesa, Glendale, and Tucson Arizona. The firm handles many forms of injury claims including motor vehicle accidents, assaults, dog bites, slip and falls, sexual abuse, and medical malpractice.
Multiple firms in the state rely on Rasmussen Injury Law to handle the litigation of their injury claims. Because of that, attorneys handle many, if not most of their cases in litigation. Additionally, many of the co-counsel litigation files and direct clients are Spanish speaking.
Rasmussen Injury Law is looking for an associate attorney who wants to learn personal injury/civil litigation and have potential to grow with the firm. Experience in personal injury/civil litigation is helpful, but not required. The firm is willing to train and help the right graduate/newly admitted attorney or attorney looking for a stable caseload and good work environment.
The position would require the attorney to handle anywhere from 90-150 files at various stages (not all litigation) and would include work such as:
