This role is crucial for our expansion and for enhancing the effectiveness of our sales team.

The Role:
As our Sales Manager/Sales Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in both managing our sales team and elevating their sales capabilities. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive training programs focused on appointment setting skills, sales techniques, and overcoming objections. Your daily morning meetings will not only motivate the team but also ensure they are equipped with the best practices to achieve and surpass their sales targets. Your guidance will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence and achievement within our sales force.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement robust sales training programs to enhance appointment setting skills and overall sales techniques.
• Conduct motivational daily morning meetings to prepare the team for the day ahead, focusing on sales strategies and objection handling.
• Manage and oversee a large team of sales professionals, providing leadership, direction, and coaching to drive performance.
• Utilize telemarketing management experience to optimize telemarketing strategies and operations.
• Work one-on-one with sales representatives to identify areas for improvement and provide personalized coaching to boost their sales performance.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, set goals, and formulate strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with the overall company objectives.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5-10 years of sales training experience, with a proven track record in enhancing sales team performance.
• Significant experience managing a large team, demonstrating exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
• Telemarketing management experience is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for sales performance analysis.
• A dynamic and resilient personality with the ability to thrive in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
