Punchcut is looking for a Growth Leader who will manage new business development initiatives across our company, including cultivating new strategic leads, performing sales outreach, leading pitch meetings, and developing winning proposals. We’re looking for an outgoing lead-generator and relationship-builder to help grow our business and our offering. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cultivate new business opportunities and expand Punchcut’s business
• Execute outbound sales outreach to cold and warm leads, leveraging your network
• Understand prospective client needs and be able to map those needs to relevant Punchcut solutions and capabilities 
• Present Punchcut’s offerings and capabilities to help close new business partnerships
• Work with key team members to create compelling proposals, RFP responses, and other sales materials that address client needs
• Manage communications with prospective clients (email, phone, text, etc.)
• Negotiate with prospective clients on final scope, price and key contract terms
• Develop growth goals and metrics, including forecasted projected revenue
• Help lead business growth strategy sessions
• Understand our clients’ business and help inform our offerings for future growth
• Attend events, network, and keep your finger on the pulse (or ahead of!) industry demands
• Implement initiatives designed to increase awareness and number of incoming leads
• Analyze sales reports and data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Build out our growth best practices, tools, and philosophies

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5-10 years growth/sales/business development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related experience
• Ability to travel to client locations on a regular basis
• Experience with a design company/agency
