Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft environment (both desktop and server)
• Good communicator

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
• Strong knowledge/experience in Microsoft Power Platform development

• Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Portals, and PowerBI, )
• Microsoft PowerBI

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to meet business requirements and enhance decision-making capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into effective data visualizations and analytical solutions.
• Create and optimize data models using Power BI Desktop, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in reporting.
• Integrate data from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, and flat files, to provide comprehensive insights and analysis.
• Develop and implement data governance policies and best practices to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Power BI reports and queries to enhance system responsiveness and efficiency.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Experienced expert able to lead and deliver solutions using D365 Customer Engagement/Power Platform, object-oriented, service-oriented architecture, and n-tier architectures. Adopt, develop, and execute a robust software development lifecycle, using industry best practices.

• PowerApps experience with Common Data Services, Javascript, JQuery, HTML5, JSON, CSS, SQL Server, CRM SDK.
• Develop software applications using Visual Studio and other relevant programming languages (such as C#, .NET, or others as required).
• Hands-on experience with Visual Studio IDE and its associated tools for software development.
• Web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) are a plus.
• Provide technical expertise and support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions to improve user experience and adoption.
• Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform features, tools, and best practices, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge in data visualization and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business analysts, and IT professionals, to deliver integrated data solutions and insights.
