Your Role As a Coffee House Shift LeadIn this role, you will lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. Your responsibilities will include preparing beverages and light food items, managing customer orders, overseeing cash transactions, and upholding our quality standards and policies. You will also play a key role in training new team members and empowering them to excel in their roles. Your contribution is vital to maintaining our high standards and fostering a positive and energetic work environment.
What We Look ForWe are seeking candidates with at least six months of leadership experience, preferably in a coffee house, high-volume restaurant, or drive-thru setting. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
