Are you ready to take the reins and drive success in a thriving, innovative environment?We’re searching for a Director of Operations to be a pivotal force in our talented,close-knit team of creative and marketing professionals.The Director of Operations role involves overseeing the agency's daily operationalfunctions, ensuring efficient and effective operations aligned with the company's strategicgoals.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead & Inspire: Provide dynamic leadership to foster a culture of accountability,excellence, and innovation. Manage senior directors across creative, digital,marketing, and administrative teams.
  • Drive Strategy & Growth: Collaborate with the CEO and VP of Brand to develop andimplement the company's strategic plan. Drive the expansion of services, enternew markets, and enhance digital capabilities.
  • Optimize Operations: Ensure efficient operations by overseeing projectmanagement systems, workflows, and quality control across all departments.
  • Oversee Financials: Work closely with the finance department to budget, forecast,and oversee financial planning. Optimize cost structures and explore newrevenue streams.
  • Build Relationships & Innovate: Engage in high-level client interactions, build strongrelationships, and participate in securing new business.
  • Champion Innovation: Push the adoption of new technologies and digital tools toenhance the agency's capabilities.
  • Nurture Talent: Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff. Ensure theagency attracts and retains top industry talent.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor KPIs for operational efficiency,financial health, client satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Foster Culture and Values: Promote a culture of creativity, collaboration, andinnovation. Uphold and embody the agency’s values in all operational aspects.

Requirements

Requirements of a Director of Operations:
1. Experience and Education:
  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is often required. An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is highly desirable.
  • Professional Experience: Extensive experience in managerial and leadership roles, typically with a strong background in operations, finance, or strategic planning. Must have Experience in a marketing agency setting.
2. Leadership Skills:
  • Visionary Leadership: Ability to set and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the operational functions of the organization.
  • Team Management: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Decision-Making: Strong decision-making skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and make informed, effective decisions.
3. Operational Expertise:
  • Process Improvement: Expertise in developing and implementing efficient operational processes and procedures to enhance productivity and profitability.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee various initiatives and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Risk Management: Ability to identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
4. Strategic Planning:
  • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of the company’s industry, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
