Responsibilities:

  • Meet required sales volume and margin quotas, consistently delivering results that align with company objectives.
  • Drives sales growth and customer acquisition effectively promoting and selling services
  • Identifies opportunities to expand the customer base and contribute to company profitability by researching potential customers and market trends.
  • Identify and cultivate new account prospects through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach efforts.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with current and potential clients through a relationship-based approach.
  • Collaborates with clients and business partners to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions using a wide range of plumbing services.
  • Conducts presentations and consultations with customers to help them choose the best plumbing services for their needs.
  • Maintains regular communication with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in the plumbing or related industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with commercial plumbing systems and terminology is preferred, enabling effective communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating effectively with team members.
