Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the dining operations at our prestigious country club. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding member and guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the dining room service and bar service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of food and beverage offerings while maximizing profitability.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and organization in all food and beverage areas.
- Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and cost control measures to optimize financial performance in conjunction with the F&B Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a high-end restaurant or country club setting.
- Proven leadership ability with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial data and make strategic decisions to drive profitability.
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and local regulations.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the demands of the position.

Working Conditions:
Work will generally be performed in both indoor and outdoor environments. Outdoor temperatures can range from 50F to 100F during summer months, and there will be exposure to loud noises and sustained elements. Working schedule is generally 40 hours per week, with some holidays and weekends required. Must have the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. as required. General standing, walking, lifting, pushing and pulling movements are required.
