- Ensure that members are effectively and efficiently assisted in all aspects of the lending process and have the knowledge and resources available to meet their financial goals.
- Possess a working knowledge of and be able to explain Lending Policies, Lending Guidelines and Lending Procedures.
- Review and analyze all documentation received to determine acceptability for meeting underwriting stipulations, including but not limited to income verification, employment verification, purchase agreements, bill of sales, collateral title and registration documents, and collateral insurance verification documents such as binders/declaration pages.
- Contact members to discuss final closing details and numbers prior to sending closing documents.
- Prepare consumer loan documents and complete funding and disbursement of approved loans including processing of loan drafts and setting up payment allocations.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience in related or comparable field in a full-service financial institution.
- Knowledge of Federal and State legislation and regulatory issues pertaining to lending.
*Must be able to pass Background and Drug screening.
