Position Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Senior Director of Marketing to lead our efforts in elevating the VDURA brand and articulating our story across the globe. This pivotal role focuses on orchestrating an effective PR and communications strategy, innovative content and messaging, dynamic social media presence, and impactful corporate events. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing and Product Management, you will be instrumental in shaping our corporate marketing and brand strategy, fostering developer relations, and leading our global event initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Forge strong collaborations within the Marketing and Product leadership to define and achieve strategic marketing objectives.

* Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate marketing and brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all platforms.

* Oversee global event strategy, including industry conferences and internal events, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with brand objectives.

* Lead corporate communications, including executive messaging, PR, and content development.

* Cultivate a high-performing marketing team, focusing on coaching, development, and leadership.

Requirements:

* 10 years of experience in corporate marketing within the software industry, with a strong preference for candidates with a technical background.

* Proven expertise in developing and implementing successful B2B communications, content, and brand campaigns in the tech space.

* Demonstrated ability to innovate and execute marketing campaigns that resonate and influence the market.

* A track record of repositioning brands to align with market and customer priorities, utilizing events as a key growth platform.

* Exceptional project management skills, with a knack for coordinating across diverse teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

* Outstanding communication skills, capable of translating complex technology concepts into intuitive and engaging messages.

* Data-driven decision-making approach, with a focus on achieving measurable results.

The estimated salary range for this position: $145,000 - $190,000. Actual salary range is based on the regional labor market of the role in the geography in which the position is located based on the requirements of the job and your skills. This posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and VDURA reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
