The Music Therapist is responsible for providing guidance and functional supervision to practicum students and interns in specific music disciplines.
Develops and maintains a comprehensive music therapy program. Directs and participates in instrumental and vocal music activities based on the residents’ needs, such as solo or group singing, rhythmic and other creative music activities, music listening, or attending concerts. Develops and provides adequate daily music therapy events and programming consisting of large groups, small groups, and one-on-one services.
