National Distribution and Contracting is Hiring a Biomed Service Coordinator Near Baltimore, MD

Coordinate Biomed Division pump rentals, maintenance/repair process from end to end
Responsible for documentation of all Biomed Division processes
Collaborate with Biomed Techs on service delivery (i.e., pump shipping, estimate generation, receiving, etc.)
Work cross-functionality with other business units as Biomed liaison
Oversee customer support & all customer communication (i.e, estimate and invoice delivery, approval management, follow ups, etc.) for Biomed related services.
Audit Salesforce cases for customer pump return and service requests to ensure timeliness of response, process and good customer experience.
Oversee & maintain inventory for all pump assets, accessories, service parts, office supplies, etc.
Manage all customer billing.
Serve as backup for Biomed Customer Service personnel as needed.
Communicate with manufacturers & 3^rd party vendors as needed for service related issues, escalations, etc.
Responsible for working with property management and coordinating services as needed.
Other duties as assigned

Strong critical thinking skills
Highly organized
Experienced in proactive communications as well as coordinating workflows, deadlines, and processes
Customer service oriented; experienced in external facing communication
Advanced Excel experience (e.g. pivot tables, v/h lookups…etc)
Experienced with using software tools like Salesforce and ERP systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with limited direct supervision
Experience with biomedical equipment, DME, or HME preferred but not required
