Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain professional relationships with Omaha Public Schools (OPS) and community/church-based representatives.
• Coordinate and ensure effective delivery of counseling services according to mission, contractual, and budget obligations.
• Develop and maintain OPS and community/church sites for counseling and education services.
• Conduct meetings with OPS and community/church representatives to deliver information and respond to feedback.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff funded by the Methodist Hospital Foundation (MHF).
• Provide operational, clinical, and personnel supervision through regular meetings.
• Ensure compliance with NMHS, MHF, BCEAP, and Program policies and procedures.
• Attend relevant meetings supporting the Program's mission.
• Act as Program Manager during their absence, under BCEAP Director's direction.
• Maintain State of Nebraska mental health practitioner license, including required continuing education.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including providing counseling services and educational classes as needed.

• Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Salary:

• $$55,432-$88,712

Job Qualifications:

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related human services field required.
• Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP/LICSW) in the State of Nebraska required.
• Valid driver's license required; must pass a Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) screen.
• Minimum of five years' experience in school-based or community-based mental or behavioral health services.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
