Oversee the daily pick up and deliver of campus mail to the Post Office and campus departments.
Responsibilities
- Supervise student employees
- Supervise the daily pickup and delivery of mail to the Post Office
- Maintain the mailroom vehicle
- Keep current with postal regulations
- Maintain postal equipment
- Supervise daily delivery and pick up of all mail on campus and NU buildings
- Acquire and maintain appropriate office supply inventory
- Have supervisory skills
- Have knowledge of post regulations
- Collaboration skills
- Attend seminars and conferences
- Belong to Saginaw Valley Postal Consortium and University Mail Managers Association
- Provide timely and accurate mail delivery
- Collaborate with all campus departments
- Assist the bulk mailing department as needed
