Northampton Country Club is Hiring a Cook Near Easton, PA
Northampton Country Club is looking for dedicated individuals to join its back of house team. We are a medium sized Club that operates seven (7) days a week in our Snack Bar Memorial Day through Labor Day.
We offer casual and, grab-and-go style dining at our Snack Bar facility. Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :
- Prepare all required items for service
- Set up service units with needed items
- Serves items in accordance with established portions and presentation standards
- Notifies Sous Chef of expected shortages
- Ensures assigned workspace and equipment are clean and sanitary
- Sets up, maintains and breaks down assigned station
- Requisitions items needed to produce menu items
- Adheres to state and local health and safety regulations
This position reports directly to the Sous Chef and then the Executive Chef.
ServSafe Certification is Preferred.
Prior Experience is Preferred
