Mitchell College seeks to hire aCoordinator of Online Education. A part-time Academic Affairs staff member, this person will oversee and support the delivery of the early phase of Mitchell College's adult degree-completion program. Working 10 hours a week to start, with the potential for more hours as the program grows, the Coordinator of Online Education will assist in recruiting prospective students, evaluate transcripts and provide advising, liaison with faculty and offer faculty support and training, revise the program as needed, provide vision for program expansion. Under the direction of the Vice President for Academic Affairs/Dean of the College, the successful candidate will be a collaborative, highly-organized professional who is flexible, proactive, eager to learn and share learning, and results-oriented.
