We are seeking a Part-Time Design Assistant with the following main responsibilities:

CLIENT/SALES SUPPORT

· Assist stores/consultants from order entry, to client delivery, to closing orders out in our ordering system.

· Quotation management

· Order Lifecycle management

· Client follow-up

· Assist with coordinating out-of-state deliveries

· Collect order balances

· Nares order support

DESIGN SUPPORT

· Assist Design Consultants with client consultations

· Configurator/3-D Rendering/Design project management and support

· Assist with design project installations

· Assist with home visits
