Assignment: NSC Facilities
Reports to: Assistant Operations Manager - Facilities & Events
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
•Manages day-to-day operations of facilities and events
•Fulfills campus logistics requests
•Assists with event set-up and tear-down
•Hands-on operational support
•Coordinates facility changeovers and user group requests
•Oversees Facility Attendants
•Communicates facility needs through appropriate channels
•Ensures safety by maintaining cleanliness and organization of facilities
•Other duties as assigned
Work Environment:
•Anticipate working within a dynamic and physically demanding environment characterized by rapid pace
•May involve lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds, frequent outdoor shifts, and exposure to sizable crowds during events
•Requires extensive collaboration among team members where employees will work collectively to fulfill job duties and responsibilities
Requirements
•Must be 16 years or older
•Authorized to work in the United States
•Reliable transportation to and from work
•Availability to work nights and weekends
•Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
•Highly flexible to a changing and dynamic work environment
•Ability to collaborate in a team setting
