Motorcycle Mall, the tri-state area's largest motorcycle and powersports dealership is looking to hire a Data Entry Clerk who will work directly with the Sales and Finance Departments. We are looking for candidates who can thrive in a fast paced sales industry!

Data Entry Clerk's primary duty will be to submit credit applications for the customers looking to secure a loan to purchase units at Motorcycle Mall. This person will work closely with the Sales Managers, Finance Managers and the Sales Associates whom are assisting their customers in the application and submission process for a motorcycle or powersports loan.

Responsibilities:

• Process all consumer loans for motorcycles, powersports vehicles, scooters, etc.
• Have accuracy when submitting deals for approval
• Being able to review, validate and confirm the accuracy of key customer information that will be provided in the loan documentation before submitting for the loan.
• Clear communication with other co-workers in the Sales Dept. to ensure you are getting the correct customer information for the loan submission
• Submit loan applications through the bank/financing vendors websites
• Utilize CRM and DMS systems to ensure completion of credit applications and loan documentation.
• Ability to multitask especially when it comes to multiple credit applications needing to be submitted ASAP from the 15 Sales Associates
• Ensuring that all loan applications are being processed in a timely manner and making sure that you are receiving necessary answers from the lenders
• Processing finance transactions including lender approval and ensuring 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations
• Experienced or overall understanding of credit, credit history and apply for loans

Skills and abilities, you should have:

• Must be able to multi-task during the busy times
• Must be able to not forget about the multiple credit applications that were submitted and waiting on approvals
• Follow up with not only lenders, but Sales Associates and customers
• Put notes into our CRM / lead management system with every credit submission, approval, denial, etc.
• Must be able to stay busy completing tasks during the slower times; especially cold calling customers who may have not been approved
• Handle the pressure of submitting applications in quickly (2-5 minutes) during the busy motorcycle and powersports season
• Work well with other co-workers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
