Warranty/Construction Manager - London Bay Development
JOB SUMMARY:
The Warranty/Construction Manager’s primary responsibility is to provide consistent and strong support to clients and Project team. Ensure administrative functions are performed properly and efficiently as possible in a timely manner, resulting in excellent client service that meets or exceeds company goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education : Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree strongly desired in Construction Management or Business.
Mandatory Experience/Background: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and Procore. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possess basic bookkeeping and data entry skills. Able to work at a fast-pace, in a high energy environment. Must have a keen attention to details. Requires valid Florida Driver’s License for occasional department errands, off-site client or vendor meetings. Must be able to follow and model the Company Core Values – Quality, Teamwork, Commitment, Respect and Integrity.
Desired Experience/Qualifications : Experience using ProCore, Sage, Timberline, Service Master, etc.
Physical Requirements : Must be able to sit for long periods of time. Must lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Must be able to drive/travel to different job sites. May occasionally climb a ladder. Must be able to proficiently manage and balance field and office time.
