Job Summary:
The Nursing Supervisor is accountable for coordinating and directing Nursing activities in accordance with current standards of practice and all applicable regulatory requirements.
Duties include overseeing hospital functions on designated shifts, quality Improvement, personnel management, and staff development.
The House Supervisor provides leadership and management to personnel during the off hours and weekends.
Responsible for ensuring staff’s compliance with core measures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
At least 3 years of experience.
Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
