Digital Marketing Director

Liberty Classical Academy is a Christian, classical Preschool-12th grade private school with two locations in White Bear Lake and Hugo, MN. We are seeking a passionate and skilled full-time Digital Marketing Director to join our communications team and help us drive our digital marketing efforts to new heights.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
• Creative Skills: Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
