Reporting to the Director of Human Resources & Administration is responsible for providing administrative support and outstanding customer service to internal and external constituents at MOWWM.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide administrative assistance including word processing, presentations, meeting preparation, preparing reports, processing mail, donations, scheduling, filing, scanning, mailings, and other similar tasks for MOWWM Team Members.

Will work with and oversee administrative volunteers at times and help with answering phones and greeting guests.

Provides assistance to the Human Resource Department with a variety of HR functions

Provides assistance to the finance department with a variety of accounting tasks

Ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail oriented and have excellent computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, Quick Books, and ADP Workforce Now.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
