Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Desire to learn in a fast-paced, up-scale kitchen environment. Basic knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Understanding of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
The role may require continuous standing during the entire shift, frequent use of hands or fingers, walking, sitting, stooping, bending, and occasional lifting and/or moving of up to 50 pounds. The position may also involve encountering hazards such as slipping and tripping, with a moderate to high noise level in the work environment.
