Job Title: Purchasing Assistant/Analyst

Job-Type: Full-time

Location: Fontana, CA

Job Description:

• Confer with vendors to obtain product information such as price, availability, and delivery schedule
• Estimates values according to the knowledge of market price
• Oversee the maintenance of the inventory record system for stock items and consumable supplies
• Confers with vendors to obtain product information
• Prepare purchase orders
• Maintain procurement records
• Close invoice when shipments complete
• Other tasks, as may be assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, or related field
• Bilingual skills in Mandarin required
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of automobiles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
