Position Summary

Safely and efficiently support production in accordance with weld shop and standard work processes, by the utilization of standardized work to create and maintain welding robot programs and equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate welding robots, with the repair, improvement, creation, and implementation of new robot programs.
• Cleaning, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of weld shop equipment.
• Supports standardized work processes and team oriented goals.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Understand the importance and necessity of the 5-Gen principle process.
• Participate in 5s activities.
• Understand and comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
• Perform special projects as requested and related tasks as needed.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Previous experience operating or programing robotic machinery.
• English language competency and legible writing ability
• Must be able to read and follow specific work instructions

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of Kubota products and weld shop process
• Previous welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience operating or programing robotic machinery.

Physical Requirements
