This is an entry-level administrational position that involves providing support for the marketing team. The New York Plastic Surgical Group and Deep Blue Med Spa marketing department provides a fast-paced, exciting work environment with great opportunity to learn all facets of marketing. We handle everything from branding, signage, PR, social media, advertising, digital efforts, events, commercials, and campaign production, as well as reputation management. This position will have their hands in multiple projects and initiatives and should be able/comfortable traveling to multiple office locations on Long Island and in New York City.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO PERFORMING THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES:

• Administration office work, such as minute-taking, and invoice creation
• Inter office collateral distribution, ordering, and inventory organization
• Management of online before and after galleries
• Website updates utilizing WordPress including blogs and physician biographies
• Putting up and removing promotional materials around the office
• Event assistance, preparation, and participation
• Proof reading/copy editing on promotional materials
• Patient outreach to collect photo consent via NitroSign
• Assistance with filming and creating content for social media
