Responsibilities:

• Manage and train team members
• Lead and manage team members to ensure that guests are treated with respect, safety, and quality at all times
• Manage daily cash flow and ensure bank deposits are made on time
• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a clean and safe working environment
• Create an environment where all employees feel valued and appreciated

Qualifications:

• Previous management experience (1 year minimum)
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older (with valid Bala Cynwyd, PA driver’s license)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and other employees
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds (with assistance)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
