The original partners felt that Hibachi style food was typically expensive and for special occasions so they set out to serve affordable, fresh Japanese food to the masses.

As a Joy of Tokyo team member, you are responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our customers. With a keen eye for details, enthusiasm and optimism, you ensure our customer receives the best level of service in any interaction.

Restaurant Team Member - Cook Duties and Responsibilities :

• Execute Company recipes and procedures for all dishes
• Follow local health department regulations in food handling, preparation & storage
• Operate all kitchen equipment in a safe manner
• Prepare company recipes at a consistently excellent level to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work with management to count and control food inventory.
