You'll play a key role in educating homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and scheduling appointments for our solar consultants.

What you'll do : Help homeowners transition to clean energy by setting appointments for consultationsTrain new team members on effective door-to-door canvassing techniquesStrategically canvass neighborhoods making the most use of your time on the doorsAssist in marketing efforts on the doors and at eventsConduct training sessions to equip new representatives with the knowledge and skills they needMotivate and inspire the team through ongoing support and feedback We're looking for someone who : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Energetic, outgoing, and confident personality.Thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces challenges.Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Previous sales or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required.Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
